Program Details
  • DPA provided is 10% of the purchase price - up to a maximum of $20,000
  • Primary Residence only
  • ​Zip Code Restricted.
  • ​No New Construction. Existing, previously occupied properties only, new construction included specs homes are not allowed
  • Borrower(s) income not to exceed $54,720
  • Purchase Price limit not to exceed $439,860
  • Down payment assistance can be used towards the down payment and/or closing costs
  • Minimum credit score of 640
  • ​Must Be In Contract Prior To Signing Up For Funds.
  • ​Funds are capped at $2 million per month and there are only $6 million available. 
  • ​Assistance is recorded as a silent second with $0 payment and 0% interest that's fully forgiven after 5 years.
  •  Each borrower must complete a homebuyer education course before closing. The homebuyer education requirement may be met by taking a pre purchase course through an internet-based program developed by mortgage insurance companies, such MGIC or Genworth Financial or through another HUD-approved homebuyer education provider.
